Bodymapping Acupuncture Part 2.

Dr. Cole Magbanua,DACM, L.Ac., has studied holistic medicine with doctors from a variety of medical traditions including Chinese, Korean, Ayurvedic and Himalayan since 1991. He graduated from The Oregon College of Oriental Medicine in 1997. Recently, he has graduated and received his Doctor of Acupuncture and Chinese medicine degree from Pacific College of Oriental Medicine. He has worked in a busy public health clinic, private practice, and volunteer clinics. Moreover, he has used his unique Bodymapping Acupuncture technique for many dysfunctions over the last 20 years. He was faculty at the Oregon College of Oriental Medicine for 6 years and served as clinic supervisor, herbal dispensary manager and teaching faculty. He holds a certificate in plant based nutrition from the center for nutrition studies at Cornell University. He teaches seminars and gives lectures on Acupuncture, Chinese medicine, and nutrition around the world, moreover, he is the author of “ Bodymapping acupuncture technique: In the Spirit of Master Tung”. Currently, he has his private practice in Portland, Oregon and is a teaching faculty affiliated with Lotus Institute of Integrative Medicine.

Dr. Cole Magbanua, DACM, L.Ac. will offers both basic and advanced techniques of distal point acupuncture with emphasis on channel location, point selection, and needle technique. He will cover point strategies for the head and neck, back and hip, chest and abdomen. Some practitioners requested to talk about some of most useful points of Tung’s method and he will do so. Advanced hands on demonstration and practice will be performed throughout the day, so you see more and practice more at this class.
